Service

For assignments carried out by search, a strategy is defined : sectors, businesses and potential candidates are targeted. Contacted by the research assistant, the candidates best suited to the defined profile and interested by the proposed position are interviewed by the consultant.

For assignments carried out by way of advertisement, an advertising campaign is drafted by the consultant and then validated by the client. The relationship with the agency is managed by the consultant, who selects and interviews candidates from the applications received.

For assignments carried out by search, a team composed of a research assistant and their team leader is briefed by the consultant : strategy is defined : sectors, businesses and potential candidates are targeted. Contacted by the research assistant, the candidates best suited to the defined profile and interested by the proposed position are interviewed by the consultant.

For assignments carried out by way of advertisement, an advertising campaign is drafted by the consultant and then validated by the client. The relationship with the agency is managed by the consultant, who selects and interviews candidates from the applications received.

The consultant interviews each candidate and gives them a Job book outlining the company, the business culture, the position and any other document to provide the candidate with a better understand of the context of the position.

Friendly and at the same time professional, the interview is structured with the objective of discerning the knowledge, positions held, personality, the potential and the motivation in relation to the position on offer. The candidates deemed appropriate and interested are presented to the client, a complete dossier including : CV, current and desired remuneration, summary of the interview written by the consultant.

The consultant keeps the client and the candidates informed of the progress of the assignment. A weekly progress report, sent to the client's operational personnel as well as the HR department, presents an overview of the applications sent as well as the status of each dossier handled. Strict confidentiality rules protect the candidates.

To assure clarity of information, informative meetings are arranged for the client : numerical data, qualitative studies and a summary of the candidate's perception of the position and company are detailed here.

Finally, the consultant assists the client in the negotiation phase with the final candidate and remains in contact during the integration period.

Fees

Fixed, our fees are defined with a view to use the budget most effectively. These fees generally represent 25% to 30% of the annual salary for a search assignment and 15% to 20% of the salary for an advertised assignment, excluding media charges.

Our daily presence in the high tech and industrial recruitment market means we can adapt the budget in relation to the actual availability of the skills demanded. Fees are invoiced according to the progress of the assignment: in thirds for search assignments and in two parts for advertised assignments.

No other costs are incurred. Our contracts also include a guarantee covering the probation period of the recruited candidate.
